Provincial Programs
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who are interested in setting up a new business or invest in existing business in a particular province.
In general, this is a “temporary to permanent” immigration pathway. That means that if you are approved, you will initially come to that province as a temporary resident, and then apply to stay permanently once you have successfully started a business.
